What you will gain from doing Improv:

  • Learn in a super-supportive environment as you collaborate with others to enjoy the escapism that Improv brings. Lose performance anxiety and increase your confidence. Improv is the key to freedom as you experiment with thinking outside the square and freeing up creativity.
  • Learn about the power of saying yes while unleashing your imagination.
  • Understand that there is no wrong choice except not making a choice.
  • We will work on various improv games and activities within teams designed to free you up!
  • See just how funny you can be with the right guidance. Fun will be the order of the day as you create some wonderful ‘Alternate Universes’.
  • Making others in your group look good is key to improv. If you all do this, you all win!

These workshops are held on various Saturdays at the Grey Lynn Community Centre in Auckland from 10am to 1pm.  Back in 2026
